Feels very appropriate for me right this minute, yesterday in particular.

At some point yesterday I stopped being productive, and instead was listing out all the things that were going wrong in my head.

I’d love to say I did something really good for myself like take a walk, but instead a little pity party, some wine and a carb fest for dinner did the trick.
