I am so excited to announce Empower Coaching by Karen Cooper … powered of course by Empowering Women In Real Estate!!!
Since first creating this group in July 2014 my mission has been to empower women in the real estate industry. I’ve worked to help you to see your power and capability and what you bring to the table. I’ve worked to enable you to build a strong business AND a happy life. Empower Coaching is a natural progression, and something that you have asked me for again and again.

Empower Coaching will be delivered through a monthly membership group and will be based on the systems that I have implemented with my real estate team (31 women strong!) and in my own personal business. What I’ve learned over the past 17 years (and over 700 families helped personally) as an individual agent, managing broker and team leader is that not only do women in our business need coaching, accountability and a feeling of belonging, but they also need a clear sense of direction. And I’m here to deliver that, step by step.
My coaching system will include an expanded Plan of the Week to help set your direction with specific steps for engaging with and building your database (based on my team’s highly successful Client Care Program) and personal branding so you can continue to grow your business. There will be clear how to’s for the various components of the program so it will be easy to implement. We will have 1-2x monthly Facebook live group coaching and Q&A sessions, and more …
