Are you a worrier?
I come from a looong line of worriers. My natural inclination always is to worry about the littlest of details, the ones I can’t change, things that won’t happen for years, things that really don’t matter.
Over the years I’ve gotten a lot better about this, but I still find myself slipping into this old habit from time to time (and usually about the same subjects, go figure).
When I do, I try to get outside, do/focus on something I can control, pray, take action on something, or think about things I am grateful for. What do you do when you are feeling worried?
