As somebody who likes to control all.the.things., this is a little reminder that I need today.
The reality is, the things I struggle, stress and push to control are actually the things I don’t really have any control over.
I can control my mindset though, as well as my thoughts and actions and a few other things.
Focusing on what I can control is for sure easier said that done.
Do you have any strategies for dealing with this?
