Retreat Week
It’s been a long, exhilarating, and exhausting “Retreat Week” with my team. We’ve had virtual sessions every day this week focusing on our 2020 Review, setting our 2021 Goals, reviewing our team’s “big picture” vision for the next 5 years, learning from amazing experts (Aliyah Dastour), debuting our 2021 Client Care Program, Marketing Plan and Budget, how we will give back in 2021, and so much more! We will wrap up today with a casual chat session reviewing our favorite take aways, and then later this afternoon we will do a “virtual” gift exchange and toast to 2021. I’m so, so proud of these women! Our team has always been a family to me, and there is no place I would rather be. May I brag on this phenomenal group of 38 for just a minute? This year we celebrated our 5th year together. In 2020 we served 525 families with their real estate needs. Our agents average over $8.1M annual sales volume EACH. A full ⅓ of our agents well exceeded $10M in sales volume this year. Vicky Noufal and I created and packaged a plan that works … it is the same one that we have used with tremendous success for nearly 2 decades of experience each, and it is the same one that our team uses (and that I teach in Empower Coaching). However … you can have the best plan and model in the world, but if YOU don’t work it, it won’t work for you … and our agents do. I’m so proud of their commitment to professional excellence, their work ethic, and their drive to do what’s right (learned that one a really long time ago from Sherry Wilson). It’s been a year. Full of ups and downs (and more ups and downs). Some of us had our best year ever, and that is amazing. Some of us just made it through, and that is enough.
Here we come 2021 … we’re just getting started!
