Podcast Episode 32: Database Refresh

On today’s episode of Empowering Women In Real Estate – The Podcast (episode 32!!) I am walking you through my database refresh process. Your database is the foundation of your business, and requires regular updates, and I’m not just talking about adding people to it. I go through this process myself 2-3 times per year, and if you are a new agent you may want to do it even more frequently. Not only are we looking for people we need to update, but also spot checking those we haven’t heard from in a while to make sure they haven’t moved without us (ouch). Listen, it may not be fun, but these updates are necessary and part of being a business owner.
