One of the things that is so great about our real estate businesses is that there is literally no ceiling. How much you earn is directly related to the investment that you are willing to make in your business in time, effort and money.

The not so great thing though is that there is no floor. No work, no pay. Sometimes (lots of times) even there is lots of work and still no pay.

I see plenty of conversations about the potential of our business and what people are earning, and a fair share of how to pinch pennies and save on the various aspects of doing business, but what I don’t usually see is a tactical conversation of how to handle your finances and your business … everything about the day to day to handling your taxes.
