PODCAST EPISODE 115: MY VISION BOARD PROCESS

Every year I create a vision board. Honestly, it’s been so rewarding to see my life move toward the goals I set, and it’s a fantastic way to get inspired. I keep it really simple. I set up a private board on Pinterest. I use an app called Project Life and I browse and pin all of the images that really resonate with me. I always include a photo of my family and my word for the year.
