Ready ladies? Here is your plan of the week!!
-Write (at least) 5 notes this week. Either 1 per day, or all 5 at once. Focus your notes on gratitude … thank yous for a variety of things such as: to your favorite lender for a great transaction with a recent buyer, your favorite title company/processor for taking good care of your clients, to another agent for accepting your buyer’s offer or for their offer on your listing, to your favorite home inspector, vendor, your broker, a new client for signing a listing agreement or buyer agency agreement with you. The options are endless!
-Plan 2 business social media posts. Ideally these will be on your business Facebook page, but could also be your personal page or Instagram. These posts are NOT to advertise a listing or celebrate a settlement! Think about your ideal client and what would be important to them.
-May 1st is Wednesday. Do you have a mailer planned yet for your database for the month of May? I am a big believer is regular communication across multiple forms of media. Now is the time to get something together. My team and I do a monthly savings postcard partnering with a local vendor to provide a special discount to our clients (we pay for the postcard production and mailing, the vendor covers the discount). This doesn’t have to be complicated. Thin, of businesses you know, trust and use and start there. Once your mailer is ready to go, you can also share via social media. -Do you have any client appointments (listing or buyer) planned for this week? If NOT, put time in your schedule now to preview 3 listings in your geographic farm or neighborhood you like to sell in.
