Sue is a licensed, full time Realtor since 1988. Her passion for people, providing great communication, service, constant improvement, and an entrepreneurial spirit led her to the Real Estate field, after a 4 year corporate career with Honeywell Information System. Sue was a wife and mother of a newborn and 2 year old when she launched her Real Estate career in 1988, in addition to relocating to the area from Minneapolis, MN.

Sue’s accomplishments are many through the ReMax International System, where she held her license for over 30 years. Sue obtained her Broker’s License in 1990, represented the Dulles Area Association of Realtors as a Board Member, Executive Member, Past President (2014), served on the MRIS Board of Directors, and currently the MRIS Investors Board. Sue loves to read, cook, paint, garden, ride horses, enjoys fitness and nature — everything beautiful!

Sue’s greatest accomplishment is her supportive family, Charlie (husband), Bryan Smith (son and Realtor) and Krissy Smith Shellenberger (daugther and RATM Owner) – We love working together and helping others navigate their personal Real Estate Process.
