We could all use a little extra gratitude in our life, am I right?

I’ve committed to a daily gratitude practice for the past year, which started with Rachel Hollis’ Last 90 Days challenge last year.

Life changing? I’m not sure yet, but when in a challenging season it does make me intentionally stop and think about the good things. I suppose that’s the goal.
