Get ready for an exclusive, in-depth interview with Karen Cooper & Vicky Noufal, by their long-time friend and mentor, Jackie Fields of Atlantic Coast Mortgage. No one knows them, their relationship or their business better than Jackie, so you can guarantee that this will be an eye opening conversation about success, mindset, partnership, team building and more.

In addition to being the founder and CEO of Empowering Women in Real Estate®, Karen Cooper, along with her business partner Vicky Noufal are the owners of the Platinum Group Real Estate team. A phenomenal team of 40 amazing women (and 1 very brave man!) based in Northern Virginia, this hybrid team functions unlike most you have ever. With agents averaging $10M in annual sales volume each (and many producing well more than that), and 9 years of experience each, this is a true powerhouse team. In 2021 the Platinum Group helped just under 600 families with their real estate needs, and met their goal of closing over $1 BILLION DOLLARS in real estate sales volume in December since the inception of their team in mid 2015.

Karen and Vicky’s story is a lot of things, most of which is perseverance.

We are incorporating a brief workshop style exercise between each segment and at the end of the day to help you identify your priorities, and to focus not only on what you will implement, but how.

Who needs more JOY in their life?!
You’ve heard of Karen’s 50 by 50 Joy List, right? This exercise has been transformative for her, and she wants to share it with you!

We will wrap up the day’s events (followed by Happy Hour, of course 😉 with a collaborative exercise to put together your own Joy List. We’ll get you started with the first 10, and you can continue with more (if you wish) at home.

You know that saying that if you want something done, give it to a busy person? I’m that person! I’m a wife, mom of 3, Founder and CEO of Empowering Women in Real Estate®, Host of Empowering Women in Real Estate – The Podcast, principle behind the EWRE® Inner Circle monthly membership program, #1 Agent by Transactions in my geographic farm, Owner and Team Leader of the Platinum Group Real Estate team, and property manager, investor and owner of 6 residential properties. There is lots to do and get done … and I love it all!

Time management, boundaries, efficiency these are all a few of my favorite things, and in my 20+ years in the real estate industry I’ve learned a thing or two (or three!) about how to ensure that the most important things happen. Not just in my business, but in my life. I’ve prioritized time to volunteer in classrooms, go on field trips, care for elderly family members, and rarely miss my kid’s games. During my active selling years I consistently averaged 50-60 transactions per year, and at least half of that time was spent with only part-time assistance.

During this segment I am excited to share with you my top actionable tips for getting things done at home and at work.
