Plan For The Week!

It’s time for your Plan of the Week!

-Write 5 personal notes this week. Our focus this week is June birthdays. Do you collect birthdays for your clients? You can do this on Facebook, from your lender, or just make it part of your process to gather birth dates during the closing process. I always include a small gift card, usually to Starbucks or a local coffee shop.

-Last week I got you started working on your summer client event, and this week I have two more steps for you. Put together your invite list and identify the venue for your event.

-Post 2 business social media posts (these can be on your business social media accounts, or mixed in with personal posts on your personal account). June 7th is National Donut Day, which would make for a fun post! Especially if you have a donut shop near year … could make for a fun photo, video, or even include a gift card giveaway. -Add 5 contacts to your database. Several of my team members are I are doing a challenge this month to add 30+ contacts to our databases. You know more people than you think you do, and I guarantee that there are folks that you take for granted “know” that you are in real estate and so you don’t market to them. Don’t assume, add them to your database!
