NATIONAL SCRAPPLE DAY!

Ready for this … today is “National Scrapple Day”!

Do you know what scrapple is? I only sort of do, and it’s just as well (you may not want to look it up). It was a staple growing up, and we still have it for breakfast every now and again.

Thanks to my 2021 National Day Calendar (a fun Amazon find), I now know that today is dedicated to one of my favorite obscure foods.
