Meet the fourth of our 5 EWRE Meet Up Panelists, Kathleen Stakem!
After years of teaching elementary school, Kathleen decided in July of 2016 to begin her real estate career and follow in the family business. She has learned so much in the last 4 years, and is honored to be recognized as a Top Producer for the Dulles Area Association of Realtors each year since she began.
In addition, Kathleen is the chair of the DAAR Young Professionals Network and enjoys connecting and networking with other professionals in the industry. In 2019, she was selected as one of Loudoun’s 40 Under 40. Through the Empower Coaching program, she is working on refining her systems and process to ensure that the success she have seen in the last 4 years continues and to find ways to grow her business through authentic networking and prospecting.
